I’ve always had an Entrepreneurial mindset/drive/spirit & the desire to help others, but finding a career that allowed me to do both had been elusive. Additionally, the experience I had in Corporate America impressed upon me the need to be able to choose the people I work with. Ideals like honesty, integrity, servant-leadership became important to develop a positive culture.
